These policies apply to current and future websites, forums, and digital platforms linked to BanglofHub and BanglofHub community.

We are not obligated to pre-screen or monitor all UGC but retain the right to remove content reported by other users reactively.

- Minor Violations: Warnings will be issued for less severe actions, such as posting promotional content for competing services. Repeated violations may result in a temporary or permanent suspension.

- Severe Violations: Content involving illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited materials will result in immediate suspension or account termination without prior notice.

You agree to use the Services at your own risk. We are not liable for any UGC posted by users that may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or misleading. You acknowledge that UGC reflects the opinions of the users who post it, not our company. Any reliance on such content is solely at your own risk.

While we strive to maintain a positive community, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of all content shared within the Services.

You must ensure that your UGC complies with copyright laws. If you believe someone has infringed on your copyright within our Services, you can report it to us in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will investigate and, where necessary, remove infringing content and take appropriate action against repeat offenders.

By posting content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to use it as part of the Services.
